Sacred Spaces

Sacred Spaces is an installation that I had created  earlier this year as part of a group exhibition at The Studio .
This installation, like most of my work, attempts to lead the audience into an observation of their surroundings and the importance of every element that they might take lightly but that can actually convey substantial value to others.

Prints were placed on the floor, in a pattern that can be walked on or around, creating a path that ultimately leads to a “sacred space” where various nostalgic elements and drawings are hung in the corner, providing a strong sense of connection.

This pattern is largely metaphorical, encouraging us to take care of things of value. Not walking on the pattern signifies the importance of protecting such elements.
